Many of your favorite Cajun Foods available; but also a variety of other foods including vegetarian options.

Charlie Truong – Swamp

Proudly serving Cajun cooking for the West Coast.  Parts of our family reside in Slidell, Louisiana and we’ve always enjoyed the abundant crawfish from the area.  We are excited to bring the tradition authentic Cajun Style seafood to the Cajun Festival and add our twist of spices & seasoning.  We only use fresh & sustainable shellfish.

Crawfish, Gumbo and other Cajun favorites:

Larry VetoBBQ Smokehouse Bistro & Catering

Our mission is not only to raise the bar for barbecue, but for the side dishes as well. You will enjoy our flavorful side dishes as much as the main course because you won’t find bottles of commercially made barbecue sauce, dressings or dry rub in our kitchen. 20 years of testing and tasting have been spent creating our signature recipes, sauces and rubs. We are so fanatical about quality that we make our own sausages and bring piping hot corn bread fresh from our ovens to your party.

Phant Worakul – Thai Essence

Phant (pronounced “Pon”) Worakul is from Thailand and grew up in a food business family watching his mother and sisters cook daily. He was cooking by the age of nine and had mastered home-style Thai cooking by the age of 17 when he joined the family business.
